Whatever you do (thinking included) even in the name of so called holy act is nothing but all mind game as long as feeling/knowledge of doership is present.
Basically the servant(mind) which only appears to be existing, is getting entertained by all sorts of mental/physical gymnastics like yoga,pranayam,meditation,prayer,sadhna etc.(either internally or externally) being done in the name of so called spirituality or service to God or all the worldly actions except actions related to the physical needs.
However among all games/gymnastics the game "ACCEPT WHATEVER IS" appears to me to be most simple because of it being least tiresome among all gymnastics.
The eternal truth related to " life expressing itself in action" (Verb) remains that
"EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING EFFORTLESSLY ON ITS OWN VOLITION ( NOTHING IS IN ANYBODY'S CONTROL ) " ON A BIG 'CANVAS' WHICH IS BE UNKNOWABLE."

If you minimise it further it is ""IS"
Ultimately it is " ( )"- inexpressible, Gunge ka gud , unpercievable
This "UNKNOWABLE CANVAS" has been conceptualised as God, Self, Ishwara ,Hari, Atma, Parmatman, Shiva, Brahman, Parbrahman,...............
